  • Shipments to Italy and Spain: Due to special customs policies in Italy and Spain for shipping food products, shipments to these destinations are exclusively handled through DHLThis ensures a smoother customs clearance process.

2. Minimum Order Amount To process an order, the total order value of products must reach a minimum amount of USD 30.00This applies to all purchases on our website.

Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within the first 72 hours after confirmation of reception of funds. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Arrival times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders reach the customs office of the destination country within the next 7 to 10 business days after dispatch from Peru.
  • Please note that unexpected delays due to logistical or customs issues can occur with international shipments. We will do our best to provide you with updated information on the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and vary by country of destination. In order to make shipping as economical as possible, we have adopted to operate with fixed rates for the cost of shipping, regardless of the weight and volume of the products selected. We take the liberty to vary this policy at our discretion and without prior notice.
  • The consignee is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges that may arise for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. As we have no control over these charges, we cannot predict what they may be.

5. Delivery Address and Receipt of your order

  • When shopping at BodegaBlancayRoja.com, it is crucial to provide a valid and easily locatable address to that FedEx and DHL can deliver your order. If, at the time of placing your order, you provide an address that cannot be located by the courier service, you will be responsible for any additional costs generated when attempting to deliver your order. All shipments we send out are perfectly packaged.
  • If your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier service, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier employee indicating that the package shows signs of mishandling (open, damaged, punctured, wet, etc.). Without this observation in the manifest, you confirmed that you received the package in good condition. If the courier employee does not allow you to make notes on the delivery manifest, DO NOT accept the package. In this case, proceed as indicated in the Product Return Policies, and we will verify with FedEx and DHL whether your claim is valid or not.
  • Once you have received your order, you have up to 24 hours to report any anomalies, physical damage, or missing items. After this deadline, no claims will be accepted.
