1. Refund for Damaged Products

If you receive a product in poor condition or one that does not meet your expectations due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: You must notify us of the issue within the first 24 hours after receiving the product. Any communication after this period will be automatically rejected. You can do so by contacting our customer service at contact@bodegablancayroja.com with the subject "Refund - Order Number."
  • Documentation: To process your refund request, we require the following documentation:
    • Clear photographs of the damaged product.
    • Order number.
    • Detailed description of the issue.
  • Evaluation: Our customer service team will review the provided information and assess your case. We will get in touch with you to inform you of the evaluation outcome. Any refund request that does not include at least the required documentation will be denied.
  • Refund: If your request is approved, we will proceed to refund the total amount of your purchase within approximately 30 business days. Please note that the refund period depends on your bank, not Bodega Blanca y Roja. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.

2. No Product Returns Accepted

Since our products are shipped worldwide directly from our warehouses in Peru, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept product returns, even for the reasons mentioned above due to the arrival of defective products. This includes changes of mind, incorrect sizes, unwanted colors, errors in product selection, errors in the quantity of products, and other reasons. We recommend carefully reviewing the product information before making your purchase.
